RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We understand that when shopping online, cup sizes are inconsistent across brands and that not all styles will suit your body and we know how frustrating that can be for you.

The Goddess Guideline covers all items purchased from us, including sale items. We offer a 14 day refund or exchange. Simply email us: enquiries@goddessinc.com.au and print confirmation, send it with your returned item/s. No prior notice is needed. 

We will carefully look at your comments on your 'returns' and contact you if we feel a different size or style would be better. 

  • Include a brief note regarding the problem, that can accompany your order and return the product in its original condition with labels and packaging intact. 
     
  • The Goddess Agency can accept no responsibility for returns which are lost. Our strong recommendation is for you to return your items via a traceable method such as Australia Post Express Post service (which is trackable). All return parcels must have enclosed a copy of the approved email and should be securely sealed. 
     
  • You must bear the postage costs for your return, however we will pay the postage for sending you your exchanged item/s. If you believe the item is faulty, we will investigate the fault and contact you with a resolution. Please note all our items have International Quality certificates. 
     
  • You will receive an email confirming your return or exchange. Alternatively, please email us at enquiries@goddessinc.com.au if you have an enquiry.

Return Conditions 

  • No refunds or exchanges on hosiery or shapewear. Products must be returned in their original condition and must be unworn with tags 
     
  • Delivery costs cannot be refunded. 
     
  • Refunds will only be made by the original payment method.
     
  • Refunds may take up to five working days. 
     
  • The Goddess Agency cannot be held responsible for items that have not reached us. 
     
  • We recommend that you use Registered Post or Express Post If the returned items do not conform to the above standards, a refund or exchange will not be made.
